Do I had better take some medicine for cold?

Today is Day 6 in Level 2.

I go to SDA English institute every morning.

My English teacher Londy asket me two questions.

I couldn't understand what she say.

Correctly, What she means.

I could know the words she said, but I didn't understand what mean she said.

 

And then she pointed out that I pronounce the "How much" as "How mach".

 

I have been very tired these days, and I guess I have a fever today.

Do I had better go out to buy some medicines for cold?
